The table lists every agent we could check, open ones first. Click a name for that agent's page: how its link format works, what changes compared with KakoBuy, and for closed agents, how to rescue rows. Statuses are ours, based on loading each site and reading its notices; the KakoBuy incident log covers KakoBuy itself.

Most agents are reachable; the risky ones are the few with errors, hack notices or unconfirmed raid reports.

How we sort agents into four labels

Open means the homepage answered normally on 12 October 2026 and there was no credible closure report. Hold means signals conflict: a site that errors, or one that loads while a closure has been reported. Moved covers a rename or a new domain where old links break. Closed means a maintenance or hack notice instead of a shop, a dead domain, or a documented shutdown such as the April 2024 PandaBuy raid. A Cloudflare bot check on its own, which we met at CSSBuy, JoyaGoo, LoveGoBuy and LoongBuy, is normal protection and not counted as trouble.

A label is a snapshot from one day; the date matters as much as the colour.

Moving a KakoBuy row to a backup agent

Every row is a marketplace listing. Paste it into the KakoBuy link converter: it pulls out the Taobao, Weidian or 1688 address and builds links for the open agents whose format we could document. Then compare the terms that change most between agents: free storage, the price of extra photos, payment methods and how returns work. Our KakoBuy storage rules and KakoBuy fees pages give the baseline to compare against.

1. Keep KakoBuy for what is already in its warehouse and ship it before the 100-day limit.
2. Pick one backup rather than several, so parcels can still be combined.
3. Place one small order first and pay per order.
4. Check photos and the parcel weight before paying shipping, exactly as you would on KakoBuy.

One reliable backup is enough; spreading a haul across agents multiplies shipping costs.

Agents that closed: what still works

Rows from CNFans, AllChinaBuy, WeGoBuy and PandaBuy sheets are not lost. Their links may carry the original marketplace address inside a parameter, and the listing itself may still be live. Money or items still held by a closed agent are a different matter: contact its support address, and if you paid by card or PayPal, ask your provider early about a dispute. Each closed agent's page has the dated details, and our 2025 sheet recheck shows which old rows usually survive.

Rescue the listing, not the agent: the marketplace address is the part worth saving.

Shipping from a backup agent to your country

Lines, prices and duty handling differ by agent, so the KakoBuy quotes on our country pages for the USA, Germany, Spain, the UK and Canada are a yardstick, not a price for another agent. In the EU, KakoBuy says it charges €3 per parcel for the new duty; other agents may pass on the full €3 per product category. Ask before you submit a mixed parcel.

Compare the delivered price, not the item price, when choosing between agents.

Questions buyers ask

What does Open mean in this table?

Open means the agent's website loaded normally when we checked on 12 October 2026 and we found no credible report that it had closed. It is not a recommendation and says nothing about how fast orders are handled. For the smaller agents in the list, an Open label only certifies that the site is reachable, so start with one small order and pay per order.

Why is MuleBuy on hold rather than closed?

Because the evidence is mixed. Its site failed to load on 6 October with a server error and again on 12 October, and a status board run by rep.tools carried unconfirmed raid reports when verified on 31 August 2026, alongside stuck-order reviews. Nobody has confirmed a closure, so we don't call it dead, but we would not send it new money now.

Can I use a KakoBuy spreadsheet row with another agent?

Yes, if the row still contains the original Taobao, Weidian or 1688 address. That address is what every agent buys from; KakoBuy's link simply wraps it. Paste the row into our link converter to unwrap it, then use the backup links it builds or paste the original into the other agent's search box. Rows holding only a shortened link have to be opened first.

Which agent is closest to KakoBuy for storage?

Free storage differs more than people expect. KakoBuy gives 100 days. Among the open agents in our notes, Basetao's own pages state 120 days, several agents state 90 days, and LoveGoBuy and RizzitGO 60 days. HubbuyCN claimed 300 days but moved to a new domain at the start of October, so treat that figure as untested on its new site.

How often do these statuses change?

Often enough to matter. Between 6 and 12 October 2026 alone, CNFans swapped its normal homepage for a maintenance notice, and MuleBuy was still returning server errors. Statuses here are dated for that reason. Before paying any agent, open its site yourself, look for fresh announcements and recent reviews, and never pay more than one order ahead.
