A CNFans spreadsheet with nowhere to send it: sort the rows, rebuy at KakoBuy and handle what you paid in

Checked and updated .

Short answer: CNFans is labelled Closed here. On 12 October 2026 its homepage was replaced by a maintenance notice citing persistent cyberattacks, with a support email only, and rep.tools had reported an owner-confirmed closure in August 2026. Treat money and stored items as at risk, contact support in writing, and consider a payment-provider dispute early. For rows you have not bought, rebuy the Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listing through KakoBuy.

Dated timeline: report, healthy-looking site, notice

Three separate signals are easy to blur together. Keeping them apart changes how much weight each deserves.

The 6 October result is the awkward one: the site looked healthy while a closure report from August was already on record. That is why we say a loading homepage proves little. Trustpilot still showed 4.1 from 13,294 reviews on 5 October, a score that records the past, not the present.

The latest signal is the notice, and it points one way.

Sorting a long CNFans list

A big sheet usually has hundreds of rows, and most are not worth rescuing. Work in three passes. First, delete rows whose seller listing no longer opens. Second, keep rows you have a size, colour and budget for. Third, rebuild only those and batch them into one KakoBuy parcel to avoid several shipping minimums.

  1. Find the marketplace address behind the row. We have no confirmed CNFans link pattern, so search the link, or whichever column holds the seller, for a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 address.
  2. Paste it into the link converter and open the KakoBuy item page.
  3. Log keepers in the haul tracker CSV with price and date seen.
  4. Buy per order, then ship when the parcel is worth the shipping.

Rescue a short list, not the whole sheet.

Money or goods you already paid in

Treat the situation as unresolved, not lost. Do these in order and keep copies.

  • Screenshot the order list, balance (if any) and stored items while anything still loads.
  • Email the support address on the maintenance page once, quoting order numbers, and save the sent message.
  • For card or PayPal payments with nothing delivered, start a dispute with the provider early; deadlines are theirs, and we have not checked them.
  • Ignore anyone who offers to "recover" funds for a fee.

CNFans also named a UK company, STAR CREATION UK CO., LIMITED, in its terms; a registered name gives a contact route, not a promise of repayment.

Evidence, one email, an early dispute; nothing more is within your control.

Passwords after a cyberattack notice

The notice means your CNFans password may be exposed to someone. Change any identical password elsewhere, starting with your email, and use a different one on every agent.

The login you cannot revoke is the one to stop reusing.

Sending 1,000 g to the United Kingdom, the KakoBuy estimator gave $16.29 on 12 October 2026 for its UK HG line, which the page labelled PT, with a transit range of 7 to 19 days. The UK page explains VAT at checkout. If you want a second agent as well, LitBuy had a June 2026 shutdown rumour that proved false. Our storage page details the 100-day clock.

Pick KakoBuy for time on the clock, and keep a second agent for outages.

Questions buyers ask

When did the CNFans site stop working?

Between 6 and 12 October 2026, by our checks. On 6 October the homepage and help pages loaded normally with no closure notice; on 12 October the homepage had been replaced by a maintenance notice about persistent cyberattacks, with only a support email. rep.tools had already reported an owner-confirmed closure in August 2026, so the two accounts do not line up neatly.

Is the August 2026 CNFans closure report confirmed?

rep.tools, which earns a KakoBuy affiliate commission, described the August 2026 closure as owner-confirmed, and we could not verify that independently. What we can verify is the 12 October 2026 homepage: a maintenance notice about persistent cyberattacks and a support email only. On 6 October the same site still loaded normally, so judge by the latest signal and send no new money.

Can I still get items out of my CNFans storage?

We do not know. CNFans previously stated 60 days of free storage, and many items will be past that anyway. With only a support email available, write once with your order numbers, keep a screenshot of anything you still see, and do not pay new fees to a stranger who contacts you first. We cannot promise release of any goods.

Should I file a PayPal or card dispute for a CNFans order?

If a paid order or parcel never moved, filing early is sensible because providers set time limits that we have not checked for your account. Gather the order page, payment receipt and your support email first. A dispute is a request, not a guarantee, so do not rely on it to the exclusion of other steps.

Do my CNFans spreadsheet rows still work at other agents?

Yes, as long as the Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listing is alive. The row only needs the original marketplace address. Rebuild it from the item number, wrap it with the KakoBuy link converter, and check the live price and variants on the item page, since a sheet written before August is already stale.

Is KakoBuy a safer place for the same rows?

KakoBuy was Open on 12 October 2026, with Trustpilot 4.2 from 321 reviews and a brief mid-August outage that rep.tools found no evidence of a raid behind. Safer is not guaranteed, which is why the site advice stays the same: pay per order and keep nothing stored longer than needed.
