Rescue steps if money or items are at MuleBuy

1. Screenshot every order page, payment receipt, tracking page and chat today, before anything changes.
2. Send one written message to support asking for the order status and a date.
3. If items are stuck and nobody answers, open a dispute with your card issuer or PayPal early. Dispute deadlines vary by provider and we could not check them, so ask yours now.
4. Do not pay new fees, or send crypto or gift cards, to "release" items.
5. Do not leave money sitting in any account. Pay per order from now on, wherever you buy.

A spreadsheet row either holds a marketplace address or a wrapped agent link. Marketplace originals look like item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=, weidian.com/item.html?itemID= or detail.1688.com/offer/<id>.html. We found no verified MuleBuy link template, so if the row only has a mulebuy.com address, look for the id inside it, or search the item title on the marketplace.

KakoBuy as the destination

KakoBuy had its own brief downtime in mid-August 2026, with raid claims that rep.tools found unsupported; see our KakoBuy legitimacy page. Its US estimator quoted $39.28 for 1,000 g on the USPS Tax-Free Line on 12 October 2026 (7-13 days, no dimensions); see the US page.

Questions buyers ask

Is MuleBuy shut down?

We cannot say that. Its site gave a Cloudflare 522 error for about 45 minutes on 6 October 2026 and an "upstream request failed" message on 12 October. Those show the site was not serving pages, not that it has closed. Because the signals point the wrong way, we label it Hold and advise against sending new money.

Was MuleBuy raided?

Reports exist, but they are unconfirmed. rep.tools, which earns a KakoBuy affiliate commission, noted raid claims on 31 August 2026 without confirming them. We found no police statement or owner notice. Treat the claim as unproven, and judge the agent by what you can check: the dated errors and the one-star reviews.

What do the late-summer Trustpilot reviews show?

On 5 October 2026 MuleBuy showed 4.7 from 2,962 reviews, which looks excellent. But every review dated between 29 August and 11 September was one star, and they describe stuck orders. A high lifetime score can hide a recent break, so read the newest reviews first, then the headline score, before trusting any agent.

Screenshot the order pages, tracking and chat history today. Then message support once, in writing. If nothing moves, open a dispute with your card issuer or PayPal early instead of waiting; each provider sets its own deadlines, which we could not check. Do not pay any new fee to release items.

Can I buy a MuleBuy spreadsheet row through KakoBuy?

Usually yes. A MuleBuy row points to a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listing; if the listing is still live, paste its original address into KakoBuy or use our link converter. If the row holds only a mulebuy.com address, the item id may be hidden, and you will have to find the listing by searching the title.

How does KakoBuy compare for a rescue?

KakoBuy says it charges no handling fee, gives 100 days of storage and allows a return or exchange request within 5 days of stocking. Its Trustpilot showed 4.2 from 321 reviews on 12 October 2026. It is not risk-free: one reviewer reported an unpaid insurance claim. Pay per order and keep screenshots.
