The short answer: no official spreadsheet, one real site
People type "kakobuy spreadsheet website", "kakobuy spreadsheet com" and "official kakobuy spreadsheet" looking for a single trusted list. As far as we can tell, none exists. On 12 October 2026 we read 142 help articles plus its announcements on kakobuy.com and found no spreadsheet, product directory or curated finds list published by KakoBuy.
What KakoBuy does publish is a shopping-agent service. You bring a link from Taobao, Tmall, 1688, JD.com or another marketplace, and KakoBuy buys it, inspects it at its warehouse and ships it. Its help centre names Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and JD.com as the platforms it supports best, and says other links can be filled in manually. A Weidian link also loads when tested, showing a yuan price and a rough shipping estimate.
That leaves a gap, and independent sheets fill it. They are lists compiled by individuals or small teams. This site is one of them: we are independent and not run by KakoBuy. KakoBuy does not guarantee, vouch for or maintain any outside sheet, as far as anything we read says.
KakoBuy has no official spreadsheet; every sheet is a third party's, including ours.
What is official, what isn't
The word "official" gets stretched on spreadsheet pages. This table separates what KakoBuy itself publishes, as seen on 12 October 2026, from what only looks official.
| Thing | Official? | How we checked |
|---|---|---|
| kakobuy.com website | Yes | Loads normally; help centre, announcements, estimator and item pages all served from it |
Product link kakobuy.com/item/details?url=… | Yes | Tested with a Weidian address; page showed CNY price and shipping estimate |
| Help centre articles | Yes | 142 articles plus announcements read |
| Share W2C in your completed packages | Yes, a tool | Described in KakoBuy's posting-rewards help page; builds a shareable page from completed packages |
| Discord server linked from the homepage | Yes | Link appears on kakobuy.com; announcements also reference Reddit |
| iOS app "KakoBuy" | Yes | App Store developer Everyday Go Co., Limited; version 1.0.72 |
| Android APK from kakobuy.com | Yes | Linked from the homepage, hosted on static.kakobuy.com |
| Any spreadsheet, finds list or W2C page | No | No KakoBuy-published list found; every sheet is a third party's |
| Sheets claiming "official" in the title | No | The word is a claim, not a credential |
The closest official thing to a shared list is Share W2C. According to KakoBuy's help page on posting rewards, it turns a buyer's completed packages into a page of titles, prices, links and photos, and the shared link carries the sharer's commission link. It is a buyer's personal page, not a vetted selection. Our Reddit page explains how those posts work.
Official means published on kakobuy.com, in KakoBuy's app, or linked from its homepage; nothing else qualifies.
Who stands behind kakobuy.com
An official site should tell you who runs it. KakoBuy tells you in three places, and they do not match, which is worth knowing before you trust any "official" page.
- Its About page names EVERYDAY GO INC, with a Denver, Colorado address, and says it has partnerships with Taobao, Jingdong, Post, UPS International and PayPal. Those are KakoBuy's own claims.
- Its Service Terms name ANXIN SHOPPING CO., LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom under number 16947583, and say UK law governs.
- The App Store lists the developer as Everyday Go Co., Limited, with a Hong Kong address.
Three names for one service is not proof of anything wrong, since groups often use separate entities for a website, terms and an app. It does mean you should not expect one tidy answer to "who is behind this". We go through the full question on the is KakoBuy legit page, including the Trustpilot score of 4.2 from 321 reviews read on 12 October 2026.
Three company names appear on KakoBuy's own pages; the domain is the constant, so verify the domain.
Checking a lookalike: the domain test
Lookalike sites copy a design and change the address. The hostname, the part between https:// and the first single slash, is what counts. Read it from right to left: the real site ends in kakobuy.com with nothing after the .com but the path.
| What you see | Verdict | Why |
|---|---|---|
www.kakobuy.com/item/details?url=… | Passes | Hostname ends exactly in kakobuy.com |
kakobuy.com.something.example | Fails | The real domain is the last part, which here is "something.example" |
kakobuy-spreadsheet.example | Fails | A hyphenated name is a different domain |
www.kakobuy.co | Fails | A different top-level domain |
kakobuy.com@other.example | Fails | Text before @ is login information; the host is other.example |
| A shortener link with no visible host | Unknown | Expand it first, or do not click |
We ran the same rule in Python against these hypothetical addresses to check it. The function accepts a hostname only if it is kakobuy.com or ends in .kakobuy.com:
https://www.kakobuy.com/item/details?url=x → host www.kakobuy.com → True
https://kakobuy.com.order-help.example/login → host kakobuy.com.order-help.example → False
https://www.kakobuy.co/item → host www.kakobuy.co → False
https://kakobuy.com@evil.example/ → host evil.example → False
https://static.kakobuy.com/kakobuy_260828.apk → host static.kakobuy.com → True (the official APK host on 12 Oct 2026)
Passing the domain test is necessary, not sufficient. The page must also not ask for something it shouldn't: KakoBuy's sign-in page asks for your account details, but a sheet or channel post never needs them. Type the address yourself, or use a bookmark, whenever you are about to log in or pay.
Read the hostname from the right; only a name ending in kakobuy.com is KakoBuy.
Building the real link from a marketplace address
You do not need a sheet's wrapped link to reach a product through KakoBuy. Take the marketplace address and encode it. Here is the arithmetic of a hypothetical Weidian row, computed in Python.
Marketplace link: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=123456789
Encoded: https%3A%2F%2Fweidian.com%2Fitem.html%3FitemID%3D123456789
KakoBuy link: https://www.kakobuy.com/item/details?url=https%3A%2F%2Fweidian.com%2Fitem.html%3FitemID%3D123456789
Our link converter does this for Taobao, Weidian and 1688 addresses. If you work in a spreadsheet, the template page shows the ENCODEURL formula. Then price the row. A hypothetical ¥120 item (about $17, an example price) at 500 g on KakoBuy's "USPS Tax-Free Line (Battery Accepted)" quoted $20.95 on 12 October 2026, no dimensions, plus the typical ¥8 declaration fee of about $1.12:
$16.80 item + $20.95 shipping + $1.12 declaration = $38.87
The same item at 1,000 g on UK HG dedicated line PT: $16.80 + $16.29 + $1.12 = $34.21
Encode the original address yourself; the item ID is all you need from any sheet.
Apps, files and logins
The iOS app is "KakoBuy" on the App Store, listed with a 3.6-star rating from 148 US ratings, an 18+ age rating and version 1.0.72 when we checked. On Android, KakoBuy's homepage linked an APK from static.kakobuy.com on 12 October 2026, and we found no Play Store listing. The safe rule is to download only from kakobuy.com or the App Store page it links. An APK posted in a chat group, a forum reply or a spreadsheet tab is not the official file, however convincing its name.
Never sign in to KakoBuy through a link inside a sheet. If a sheet asks you to log in, pay a "deposit" or send money to a person, close it. The page on Telegram, Beacons and Discord links covers where such requests come from. Pay per order, on kakobuy.com: one payment for each order, one for each parcel. The help pages talk of an account balance; we would not park money there.
App from the App Store or kakobuy.com only; sign in by typing the address.
Why independent sheets exist, and how to pick one
Independent sheets exist because an agent is a pipe, not a shop window. You still need to know which Weidian or Taobao item to buy, whether it is the right size and what it weighs. Sheets answer those questions with photos, sizes and notes, and they are useful until a row dies. The risk is that no one checks them for you.
That is why we built a score. Our 9-point scoring page shows how to test any sheet in ten minutes, and the row check CSV tests a single row. For the sheet itself, keep the original marketplace link beside every KakoBuy link, so the row still works if the sheet disappears. The KakoBuy spreadsheet homepage keeps a current list with door quotes, and a question for us can go through the WhatsApp code on the contact page.
- kakobuy-row-check.csv — nine checks for any row, from any sheet
Independent sheets are useful and unverified; test them like any stranger's list.
Questions buyers ask
Does KakoBuy publish its own spreadsheet?
We found none. On 12 October 2026 we read 142 help articles plus its announcements on kakobuy.com and saw no curated product list, spreadsheet or W2C index published by KakoBuy itself. It does offer a Share W2C function that lets a buyer share purchase links, prices and QC photos from their own completed packages. That is a user's shared page, not an official catalogue.
Is spreadsheet-kakobuy.com the official KakoBuy site?
No. This site is independent and run by neither KakoBuy nor its operators. KakoBuy's own pages name three entities, EVERYDAY GO INC in Denver, ANXIN SHOPPING CO., LTD in the UK and Everyday Go Co., Limited as the App Store developer, and none is us. Orders and payment happen on kakobuy.com only, and we never ask for your KakoBuy password.
What is the correct KakoBuy link format?
On 12 October 2026 a product link on kakobuy.com looked like https://www.kakobuy.com/item/details?url= followed by the marketplace address, percent-encoded. For a Weidian item the encoded part starts with https%3A%2F%2Fweidian.com. A link that is shorter, uses a different domain or hides the marketplace address behind a code is not in that format and needs checking.
How do I know a KakoBuy Android app is genuine?
KakoBuy's homepage linked an Android APK hosted on static.kakobuy.com on 12 October 2026, and we found no Play Store listing, so download only from kakobuy.com itself. For iOS, the App Store listing named the developer as Everyday Go Co., Limited, rated 3.6 from 148 ratings in the US store. A file from a sheet, chat group or forum is not the official build.
Why do independent KakoBuy sheets exist if there is an official site?
Because kakobuy.com is a buying tool, not a product directory. It lets you paste a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 link and prices it, but nothing in what we read says it recommends items. Sheets fill that gap with finds and photos, which is why they need checking: no one verifies them, and a row can go dead once the seller delists.
I clicked a lookalike KakoBuy link. What should I do?
Close the page and do not enter anything. If you typed a password, change your KakoBuy password at kakobuy.com and the password you reused elsewhere; if you paid, contact your card or PayPal provider promptly. You can also email Service@kakobuy.com, the support address on KakoBuy's terms page. Then compare the hostname with kakobuy.com letter by letter before opening another link.
