Does KakoBuy ship to the USA, and how long does it take?
KakoBuy ships to US addresses, and the US has the most line choices of the five markets in its estimator: 13 entries on 12 October 2026. Transit windows run from 2-6 days to 15-25 days, so the answer to "how long does KakoBuy take to ship to the USA" depends on the line you tick.
Before the line's clock starts, the seller's leg to the Xiamen warehouse (one help article says Guangdong) takes 1, 3 or 7 working days by region, and KakoBuy's pickup follows within 2 working days of submitting. The third-party site rep.tools, which has an affiliate deal with KakoBuy, measured 12 to 19 days door to door across agents.
Plan on two to three weeks door to door; the UPS-based lines have the shortest windows.

A dash means no quote at that weight, not a refusal. Third-party line prices move with the market, KakoBuy warns, so read the estimator again before paying.

The two USPS lines are the cheapest labelled tax-free choices for a light parcel, at $20.95 and $22.19 for 500 g. EUB is the slowest and no cheaper than USPS Tax-Free Line: $24.78 against $20.95 at 500 g, $39.35 against $39.28 at 1 kg.
EUB is slower and no cheaper than the USPS lines at 500 g and 1 kg.
Reading the tax labels: the cheapest line is not always the safe one
CBP's notice of 28 August 2025 records the US ending its small-parcel allowance in two steps: Chinese and Hong Kong goods lost it on 2 May 2025, and every other origin followed on 29 August. KakoBuy's April 2025 notice offers "tax-free" routes at roughly $5 to $10 more per package than regular USPS-type routes; on other routes you clear customs and pay. Lines whose names carry the label are USPS Tax-Free Line, USPS Special Line (Duty Free Route), US Tax-Free (Actual Weight) and its electrified twin, the CN-EMS and EMS duty-free routes, UPS Duty-Free and ups-Tariffless. EUB, KR-EMS, HK UPS and Cosmetics Air Express carry none. No published definition of each label exists, so treat the name as KakoBuy's claim.
At 1 kg the cheapest line of all, Cosmetics Air Express at $38.07, is only $1.21 below the cheapest labelled line. KakoBuy's own tax-free premium is $5 to $10, so that line likely saves no duty, only moves clearance to you.
Pay for the label: at 1 kg the unlabelled line saves $1.21.
Two US parcels priced: 1 kg and 2 kg on the tax-free lines
Each sum takes the 12 October 2026 estimator quote (no dimensions) and adds the ¥8 declaration that KakoBuy's help centre calls typical, roughly $1.12 at ¥1 ≈ $0.14. Item prices are left out.
1 kg, USPS Tax-Free Line, 7-13 days: $39.28 + $1.12 = $40.40
1 kg, USPS Special Line, 7-13 days: $42.00 + $1.12 = $43.12
1 kg, HK UPS, 2-6 days: $49.79 + $1.12 = $50.91, which is $10.51 above the first line for a window 5 to 7 days shorter
2 kg, UPS Duty-Free (No Batteries), 2-6 days: $57.80 + $1.12 = $58.92
2 kg, CN-EMS duty-free route, 5-17 days: $67.15 + $1.12 = $68.27
2 kg, USPS Tax-Free Line, 7-13 days: $69.83 + $1.12 = $70.95, which is $12.03 above the UPS line
Per kilogram the 2 kg UPS parcel is $28.90, against $39.28 for the 1 kg USPS parcel, so one fuller parcel beats two light ones. The shipping calculator takes your own quote and adds volumetric weight.
Below 1.5 kg choose a USPS line; around 2 kg UPS Duty-Free wins if nothing in the box is a battery.
Which US line to choose: fast, cheap, or battery and liquid
Batteries inside a watch or speaker need USPS Tax-Free Line (Battery Accepted) at $39.28 for 1 kg, or US Tax-Free (Actual Weight)-electrified at $46.01. UPS Duty-Free says "No Batteries" and EUB excludes batteries and perfume. Liquids and perfume point to Cosmetics Air Express(Battery,Liquid) at $38.07 for 1 kg, though it has no tax-free label.
Fastest are HK UPS and UPS Duty-Free at 2-6 days. For a valuable parcel, Kako Insurance's delay cover returns 20% of the shipping fee once a parcel is late by its route's 30 or 40 day limit; see the insurance page, and the duty-free lines page for the wider route picture.
Choose lines your contents allow first, then the cheapest tax-free one.
USPS, UPS and EMS: what the line names say about delivery
Two US lines say USPS, three say UPS (HK UPS, UPS Duty-Free, ups-Tariffless) and several say EMS. KakoBuy does not publish who carries the last mile, so a USPS name hints at a handover without proving it.
The other destinations have their own pages: Canada, the UK, Germany and Spain. Anything unclear? The WhatsApp QR on our contact page reaches us, and you can pay per order.
Judge a US line by its window and tax label; the carrier name is a hint, not a promise.
Questions buyers ask
Does KakoBuy ship to the USA?
Yes. KakoBuy's estimator listed 13 US line entries on 12 October 2026, from HK UPS at 2-6 days to EUB at 15-25 days. Prices ran from $20.95 for 500 g on USPS Tax-Free Line to $75.03 for 2 kg on USPS Special Line. Not every line quotes every weight, so check the table.
How long does KakoBuy take to ship to the USA?
The estimator's windows run from 2-6 days (HK UPS, UPS Duty-Free) to 15-25 days (EUB), and 7-13 days on both USPS lines, counted after the parcel leaves China. Seller to warehouse adds 1 to 7 working days. The third-party site rep.tools, which has an affiliate deal with KakoBuy, measured 12 to 19 days door to door.
Is the $800 duty-free limit still valid for KakoBuy parcels to the US?
No. The US scrapped the $800 exemption in two steps: 2 May 2025 for Chinese and Hong Kong goods, then 29 August 2025 for every origin. KakoBuy's help page still lists United States 800 USD, but that row is outdated. Pick a line KakoBuy labels tax-free or duty-free; on any other you handle customs and its charges.
Which KakoBuy line to the US is cheapest at 2 kg?
On 12 October 2026 the lowest 2 kg quote was UPS Duty-Free (No Batteries) at $57.80 in 2-6 days, then HK UPS at $65.82 and CN-EMS duty-free route at $67.15. USPS Tax-Free Line was $69.83, so the UPS line saves $12.03 on a 2 kg parcel, provided the box holds no batteries.
Can I send batteries or perfume to the US with KakoBuy?
Only on lines that say so. EUB is listed as 'Batteries and Perfume Not Allowed' and UPS Duty-Free as 'No Batteries'. USPS Tax-Free Line says 'Battery Accepted' at $39.28 for 1 kg. Cosmetics Air Express lists 'Battery, Liquid' at $38.07 but carries no tax-free label, so ask how duty is handled first.
