A cost example with the ¥8 line
Suppose a spreadsheet row is a ¥200 item (about $28). OOTDBuy's published extra is the ¥8 declaration, so the agent-side total is ¥208, about $29.12. KakoBuy generally charges the same ¥8 per parcel and no handling fee, so the difference between the agents shows up in shipping and the payment method, not in the service line. A declaration is per parcel, so three items shipped together carry it once.

What changes for German and Spanish buyers
EU duty rules apply whichever agent you pick: import VAT from the first euro (19% in Germany, 21% in Spain) and the flat €3 duty per tariff category on parcels up to €150 since 1 July 2026. KakoBuy says it charges €3 per parcel and adds it to the shipping at checkout; its estimator quoted $26.89 for 1,000 g to Spain on 12 October 2026 (Europe Tariffless Line -K, no dimensions). How much does OOTDBuy charge on top of the item price?
OOTDBuy's pages say there is no service fee beyond a customs declaration of about ¥8 per parcel. On a hypothetical ¥200 item that is ¥208, roughly $29.12 at ¥1 ≈ $0.14, before domestic freight and international shipping. KakoBuy says it generally charges the same ¥8 declaration, so the fee lines are nearly identical.
Is OOTDBuy still active given its older reviews?
Its homepage answered on 12 October 2026, so the site is up. On Trustpilot the newest review we saw was from 18 July 2026, among 22 in total at 4.2. A quiet review page can mean a small user base rather than trouble, but it gives you less recent evidence than KakoBuy's late-September reviews.
Does OOTDBuy publish a link template for KakoBuy rows?
We found none. A KakoBuy link is a kakobuy.com address with the marketplace URL encoded inside, and OOTDBuy cannot read the wrapper. Treat the OOTDBuy date as the earlier deadline in a split haul.
Which payment methods does OOTDBuy accept?
We could not confirm them. The pages we read do not list payment methods in a form we can quote, and we will not repeat third-party guesses.
