Sorting out an AllChinaBuy sheet: keep the listings, skip the dead agent, and check you are not mixing it up with ACBuy

Which name is which

Two agents with near-identical names appear in the same sheets, and the names are easy to confuse. Their labels differ, so the mix-up changes your decision.

If a row's link says allchinabuy, use this page. If it says acbuy, go to the ACBuy page. Neither agent should get new money.

Check the domain before deciding which page applies to the row.

Saving the listings from a dead agent's sheet

An AllChinaBuy link is a wrapper. What you want is the shop listing behind it, and we found no confirmed link pattern for this agent, so do not rely on a template. Look for the marketplace address in the link text, in the sheet's source or seller column, or in the product title if it names a Weidian shop.

1. Copy each row's marketplace address into a plain list, in the patterns below.
2. Drop rows whose listing now shows "removed" or "sold out".
3. Paste survivors into the KakoBuy link converter.
4. Compare the live CNY price with the sheet and drop anything that moved a lot.

The seller listing outlives the agent; the wrapper does not.

Unfinished orders and stored parcels

We found no terms for this agent in our notes, so we cannot state its storage window or refund rules. That gap itself is information: nothing we can cite tells you what is owed. Work from evidence instead.

• List every order number, date and amount, with screenshots where pages still open.
• Send one email to the support address on the notice and keep the sent copy.

Rebuying at KakoBuy, and what the totals look like

KakoBuy's help centre says its agent service has no handling fee, so the total is item, domestic freight, international shipping and customs, with a declaration generally at ¥8 per parcel. It states 100 days of free storage. For 1,000 g to Spain, the estimator quoted $29.64 on the Spain CTT Line (7–15 days) on 12 October 2026, no dimensions entered. Lock down the account you used

A hacker-attack notice leaves open what was taken. Change reused passwords, review your email's forwarding rules and recent logins, and be sceptical of any "AllChinaBuy refund" message that arrives by text or chat.

Assume the login is known and act accordingly.

What does the AllChinaBuy notice say?

On 12 October 2026 the homepage showed a website maintenance notice that attributed the outage to a hacker attack and gave a support email as the only contact. It gave no restart date that we could find. That is why we label the agent Closed or offline, and why we advise against sending it any new payment.

How do I tell AllChinaBuy rows from ACBuy rows in one sheet?

Look at the domain in each link. AllChinaBuy and ACBuy are separate agents with different statuses on this site, but the two names are easy to confuse when a sheet author types from memory. Sort rows by domain first. Either way, the marketplace address inside each row is what you reuse, so the mix-up only matters for money you paid in.

Can I rebuy an AllChinaBuy item at KakoBuy?

Yes, if the seller listing is still live. Pull the Taobao, Weidian or 1688 address out of the row, run it through the link converter and open the KakoBuy item page it returns. Check the CNY price and variants against your sheet. KakoBuy states no handling fee and generally ¥8 for the customs declaration.

What if I had an unfinished AllChinaBuy order?

Write down every order number now, screenshot what you can still see, and email the support address from the notice once. If you paid by card or PayPal and nothing arrived, ask that provider about a dispute early. We cannot promise any refund, and we found no published refund process for this closure.

Is the AllChinaBuy Trustpilot score still useful?

Only as history. It showed 4.1 from 215 reviews when we read it on 5 October 2026, but that score describes service before the outage. A reassuring number on a page with a hack notice is not a reason to pay. Look at the dates of the newest reviews and at what the agent's own homepage says today.

Which password should I change after a hacker-attack notice?

Any password you also use elsewhere, and any account that shares it, starting with your email and anything holding payment details. We do not know what the incident exposed, so assume your AllChinaBuy login could be known. Use a unique password for each agent you create, and switch on two-step sign-in wherever the site offers it.
