What Joybuy is, and what we could not verify
Retail Insight Network reported that JD.com launched Joybuy in Europe on 16 March 2026 across six markets. JD.com is a large Chinese e-commerce company, and Joybuy is its retail shop for customers there. That is the extent of what our notes can source. We did not read Joybuy's delivery, return or fee pages, did not check how many categories it sells, and cannot say which of its products also appear on JD.com in China.

Treat Joybuy as a shop you read the terms of, not a name on a sheet.
The JD.com route through KakoBuy
KakoBuy's help centre lists JD.com among the platforms it supports well. A JD.com China listing can therefore be pasted into a KakoBuy spreadsheet row or converted with the link converter. KakoBuy's dispatch article says JD self-operated goods leave the seller the same day, against 3 to 7 days for Taobao sellers; the same article mentions Amazon sellers too. Goods then travel to KakoBuy's Xiamen warehouse (one help article says Guangdong), where they are inspected and stored free for 100 days.

Costing a JD-linked item to the UK or Germany
Worked example, using hypothetical figures: a JD.com listing at ¥300 (about $42 at ¥1 ≈ $0.14) with a ¥8 declaration (about $1.12), shipped 1,000 g to Germany on the line KakoBuy's estimator quoted at $23.70 on 12 October 2026.
Item = ¥300 × 0.14 = $42.00
Declaration = ¥8 × 0.14 = $1.12
Shipping = $23.70
Total = 42.00 + 1.12 + 23.70 = $66.82, before domestic freight
If Joybuy listed the same product at a lower delivered price, buy from Joybuy and skip the warehouse. For KakoBuy's side of the EU cost, KakoBuy said on 23 June 2026 that it charges €3 per parcel for the EU duty change and adds it at checkout; see the Germany page. UK buyers can read the UK page.

- Read the domain character by character; Joybuy and JoyaBuy differ by one letter.
- Open the page in a private window and look for a login prompt before any item appears.
- If a row names JoyaBuy, treat it as an old agent link and extract the item address.
- Record the shop in your sheet's source column so parcels never mix.

Is Joybuy the same as JoyaBuy?
No. Joybuy is JD.com's retail shop for European customers, reported by Retail Insight Network as launched on 16 March 2026. JoyaBuy was the earlier name of a shopping agent that renamed itself JoyaGoo on 31 March 2025. One sells goods directly; the other buys from Chinese marketplaces for you. Check the spelling in the address bar before you log in.
Can I buy Joybuy items through KakoBuy?
Not through the Joybuy shop. KakoBuy's help centre names JD.com as a well-supported platform, which means JD.com's China listings, and Joybuy is a separate European store. If the same product appears on JD.com's China site, you can compare the two totals, including KakoBuy's shipping line, before choosing. We did not verify any product overlap.
Where does Joybuy operate?
Retail Insight Network reported the launch for six markets: the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. We did not find a list of other countries. If you live in the US, Canada or Spain, check the site itself before assuming it delivers to you, because the launch report does not name those markets.
Why do I see Joybuy spreadsheets on social media?
Because the name is close to JoyaBuy and JoyaGoo, creators sometimes use the wrong one in a sheet title, and search engines match similar spellings. A sheet labelled Joybuy that contains Weidian or Taobao rows is almost certainly an agent sheet. Open one row and read the domain to see which service it points to.
Does Joybuy delivery or return policy match KakoBuy's?
We did not verify Joybuy's delivery times, return policy or fees for this page, so no comparison is possible here. KakoBuy's own rules are 100 days of free storage, a 5-day request window after stocking and generally ¥8 declaration. Read Joybuy's pages for your country directly and record the dates you saw.
Which should I use: Joybuy, JD.com through KakoBuy or JoyaGoo?
It depends on the item. For something Joybuy stocks, buy direct and keep one parcel. For a JD.com China listing you want inspected or combined with other rows, KakoBuy is built for it. JoyaGoo is another open agent, and our notes record it with 0 commission and 90 days of storage.
