Three things an Amazon spreadsheet can mean, and how to track them beside your KakoBuy orders without mixing the numbers

Checked and updated .

Short answer: Amazon is not one of the platforms KakoBuy lists as well supported, which are Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and JD.com, so buy Amazon items from Amazon. An Amazon spreadsheet is normally an order-history export, a seller listing template or a finds list. KakoBuy's help page on dispatch times does mention Amazon sellers, which we explain below, but it does not say Amazon links are accepted.

Marketplace rows to price against an Amazon listing

These product photos come from repbuysheet.com, which has 10,000+ products to choose from. Each card opens its product page there with the full photo set and price; the selection changes every month.

Amazon and KakoBuy: what is and is not connected

Amazon is a direct retailer and marketplace that delivers to your address. KakoBuy's help centre names Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and JD.com as the platforms it supports well, and says links it cannot read can be entered manually with the name and price. Amazon is not on that list, so a pasted Amazon address may not load on a KakoBuy spreadsheet row.

The Amazon mention that does exist is narrow. Help article 81 on seller dispatch says JD.com and Amazon sellers who use their own logistics send goods out on the purchase day, and that sellers who do not use those services ship within 3 to 5 days. Taobao sellers, per the same article, take 3 to 7 days. Read it as a description of seller timing, not a supported-platform claim.

  • Order from Amazon when: the product is on Amazon, delivered to your country.
  • Use KakoBuy when: the listing is on Taobao, Weidian, 1688 or JD.com.

Treat Amazon as a direct shop and ask KakoBuy support before assuming otherwise.

The three Amazon spreadsheets people look for

What the search usually means, and what to build
MeaningWho wants itWhat it needs
Order-history exportBuyers tracking spend or returnsOrder date, item, price, delivered date, kept or returned
Seller listing templateSellers uploading stockCategory-specific columns from Seller Central
Finds listShoppers hunting dealsProduct link, price on check date, source note

For the buyer export, Amazon's account area is where order reports and data requests live, but names differ by country and we did not verify them. Add the columns Amazon does not give you: parcel ID, the delivery date you saw, and return postage.

Pick the meaning first; the columns follow from it.

One sheet for Amazon and KakoBuy orders

One sheet shows which route cost less per item: one row per item, plus a source label. Fill the KakoBuy part from your order page: item cost, domestic freight to the warehouse, international shipping and customs, where KakoBuy says its declaration is generally ¥8. Our haul tracker CSV has those columns.

Example with hypothetical figures:

Amazon item: $24.00 delivered.
Marketplace item: ¥150 (about $21.00 at ¥1 ≈ $0.14), declaration ¥8 (about $1.12), 500 g to the US via USPS Tax-Free Line on 12 October 2026: $20.95.
Agent total = 21.00 + 1.12 + 20.95 = $43.07, before domestic freight.
Difference = 43.07 − 24.00 = $19.07 in Amazon's favour.

The gap shrinks with more rows in the parcel, not with a bigger single item. The USA shipping page shows how the quote moves as weight rises.

Compare landed cost per item, not the product price alone.

Returns, claims and the paper trail

Amazon returns follow Amazon's own policy for your country, which we have not summarised because rules differ. KakoBuy's are specific: a request within 5 days (120 hours) of an item being stocked, if the seller offers returns, with the first return and first exchange each month free. That window never applies to an Amazon purchase, so log the Amazon return deadline in its own column.

Where each deadline lives
EventAmazon orderKakoBuy order
Return requestAmazon's page for your country5 days after stocking, if seller allows
StorageNot needed100 days free
Report a damaged parcelAmazon's page for your countryWithin 72 hours of signing

One deadline column per source saves a missed window.

Sourcing for resale: a caution

Some people ask for an Amazon template because they plan to sell. Before buying many identical items through any agent, note that KakoBuy says parcels over 10 kg and large identical quantities are more likely to be treated as commercial, which changes how customs sees them. Read the fees page for what the agent charges. If you prefer not to open an agent account, scan our WhatsApp QR on the contact page and pay per order. The eBay page covers the other common seller-sheet search.

Check commercial-parcel rules before building stock lists.

Questions buyers ask

Does KakoBuy buy from Amazon?

Its help centre does not list Amazon as supported; the named platforms are Taobao, Tmall, 1688 and JD.com. One help article on seller dispatch times does mention Amazon sellers, and the About page says some of the team came from Amazon, but neither statement is a promise to accept Amazon links. Ask support in writing before you pay for any Amazon order.

What does KakoBuy's help say about Amazon sellers?

Article 81 says JD.com and Amazon sellers using their own logistics send products out on the same purchase day, while sellers not using those logistics services dispatch within 3 to 5 days. It sits in the shopping-agent section, but it describes seller behaviour, not a supported route. For Taobao sellers the same article says 3 to 7 days.

How do I export my Amazon orders into a spreadsheet?

Amazon offers order reports and data-request tools in account settings, and their names and availability differ by country and account type. We did not verify the current menus, so look in your account for an order history report or a data request. Once you have the file, add your own columns for delivered date, returned or kept, and landed price.

What goes in an Amazon seller template?

Sellers upload listings through inventory files in Seller Central, and the required columns depend on the product category. That is a business tool, separate from the buyer tracker on this page. If you source stock, note that KakoBuy says parcels over 10 kg are more likely to be treated as commercial.

Is an Amazon finds list the same as a KakoBuy spreadsheet?

No. A finds list points at Amazon product pages, where prices, sellers and stock change daily, while a KakoBuy row points at a Chinese marketplace listing that an agent buys and stores for 100 days. Check the date of any Amazon list and open the page, not the screenshot, before relying on the price.

Should Amazon parcels and KakoBuy parcels share one tracker?

Yes, with a source column and separate parcel IDs. Amazon posts from its own network; KakoBuy ships from its Xiamen warehouse (one help article says Guangdong) after your items reach its warehouse. A single sheet lets you compare landed cost per item across both. Our free haul tracker CSV already has the order, price, parcel and delivery columns you need.
